I am very disappointed with my dogs stay. Nayomi has poor communication skills. Getting responses from her took a long time and led to concern. I went on a 6 day cruise and was going crazy 2 of the 6 trying to get a response. I also included my mom and friend to the list of contacts since they stayed on land and I was concerned I wouldn't be able to reach her while at sea. She also failed to provide them with timely responses and updates. Nayomie also said she'd take Rico to the park everyday or at the very least every other day and I don't think that happened. When I went to pick Rico up, she texted informing her grandfather passed and that she left him and his things together with her roommate. I had to wait outside for 20 minutes while my dog cried on the other side of the door. Finally, after banging on windows, a person that did not live there answered the door and she said, oh I didn't know he was here. Her roommate was sleeping and was also uninformed, as well as half asleep and incredibly rude. My dogs things were not together and I lost several items, including a mouth dropper needed to administer his medicine- Which makes me wonder if they gave him his medicine at all. My dog was also on steroids and I told her he needed access to a lot of water 24/7. His water was empty at pick up. On our way home, Rico cried most the way and almost jumped out of the window. I realized she didn't walk him before leaving the house and he released more than I've ever seen him release. His mouth was also incredibly dry and he went through an entire container of water when we got home. My dog was not well taken care of and I am apauled at the service provided.

Nayomie was very nice and caring towards buddy. You can tell she really liked dog sitting and had a great personality for it and nice house to do it in. Will use her again!
