Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of a range of pets including dogs, cats, bunnies, and birds. The majority of my clients are dogs and cats. I am dedicated to making every pet feel as normal as possible while their human(s) are absent. I will ask about your daily routine and do my best to mimic that as closely as possible. My strength is my compassion and empathy for animals of all kinds!

Nayda was a fantastic sitter for our cat Boogey. He had some medical issues that required medication twice daily so we are particular about who watches him. She is always so conscientious about making sure he has everything he needed, especially the treats that went along with it. Boogey loves her so much we call her his girlfriend. We trust our cat and home in Naydas care!
Nayda is the best! She has taken SUCH wonderful care of our dog and cat while we're away. She's so attentive and thoughtful and caring, and I'm pretty sure she falls in love with every animal she meets. Grateful for the peace of mind knowing our fur babes (and home) are in Nayda's loving and capable hands.
Nayda is the most loving and fun pet sitter I’ve had! She has watched my resident pup (and any fosters I’ve had) several times. She is attentive, detail oriented, and loves them as if they were her own. I have a special needs pup and she does great with giving medication and embracing her little quirks. If I’m not able to be home, Nayda is my go to!

I adhere to all house rules as well as safety and health rules for pets. No animal is ever left alone for more than 2-4 hours at a time with the exception of occasional events on my calendar that are always disclosed to clients. I have a list of questions for each pet owner in regards to dietary and medical needs for each pet and take such information very seriously. All pets are treated with the utmost love, empathy, and respect. Their safety and mental well-being is top priority. Though I’ve never had to resort to it, I always ask pet owners to provide me with their preferred vet’s information in case of emergencies.

A typical day
Aside from daily walks to check out the neighborhood, I love to take dogs with me on my Starbucks runs for pup-cups if they don't have anxiety about being in the car. If your pet is trained to do any kind of play or activity, we'll certainly take advantage of that! I understand the importance of 1:1 interaction with animals just as much as meeting their basic needs.

Availability
I have an extensive regular clientele outside of Rover but am looking to fill in some gaps here and there! While space is somewhat limited, with positive repeat experiences, I’m happy to create room for additional regulars! One of the reasons pet care works so well for me is that I work remotely. As long as I have stable internet service, I can work almost anywhere which means your furry loved ones will get plenty of attention and interaction. I also have a few friends with fenced in yards that I have access to for dogs with behavioral quirks to get some time to roam free outside of typical neighborhood walks! Given my remote status, during times of open availability, I can be hired on short notice.
