We felt instantly at ease leaving our two cats, Jimmy and Jenny, in his care. This was our very first time using Rover, so we were a little nervous about how everything would go, but Nathaniel truly exceeded all our expectations. He arrived on time, followed our instructions carefully, and made sure both cats were well-fed with their usual wet food. He kept their litter box clean and their space tidy, which we really appreciated.
