Pet care experience
Howdy Folks! My name is Nate F. I grew up in suburban North Texas. I have had dogs my entire life, growing up with beautiful and majestic Great Pyrenees then having my heart stolen by a 10lb Yorkie in my young adulthood. Unfortunately, my Yorkie, Chloe, is in her last days. I made the difficult decision of leaving her back in Texas with the rest of my family and her best friend, CJ, the family’s golden retriever, to live out her last year or two. My partner and I recently moved into the North Park area. Our new home has a back yard and a DOGGY DOOR. I feel immense guilt as it goes unused, but I have been unable to persuade my partner to allow me to rescue a dog. With that said, I could really use some puppy loving. I’m home all the time doing my PhD. I would love a reason to get out and about more. Consider letting me show some love to your puppers!

I cant thank Nate enough for taking good care of our boy. For all the troubles our boy did, he handled it pretty well. I was so worried at first coz our boy is a handful, but Nate made our trip worry free for keeping us posted all the time and knowing that our boy is good hands. Thank you so much again Nate. Bruno had his "bestest" staycation with you and im sure he misses you already.
Nathaniel made an effort to understand and accommodate our pretty weird dog. Large Doberman with needy personalities aren’t everyone’s cup of tea, but he handled ours with a sense humor and patience. It was nice to have peace of mind on our trip that our dog was in good hands.
Thanks again for taking good care of my boy while gone.... Sorry he ate your sandwich. LOL. Always comforting to know your buddy is being taken care of, especially when gone for so long.

Their feeding schedule, what type of foods to feed, foods not to feed, their behavioral “ticks”, what they do and don’t like in general, level of activity, and just anything else you may think is important. Overall, I’m pretty intuitive but I openly welcome any information that can make our time together smoother and more enjoyable.
A typical day
It varies based on what each dog likes and/or needs, but I live in a beautiful neighborhood that is great for walking and very dog-friendly. I like to take the dogs to parks, beaches, and other spots around town - as long as the owners give the thumbs up!
