At 6 years old I begged my parents for a dog, and I have been in love ever since. Watching her grow up from a puppy to an adult, to being a mother, and now to an old grandma, I have experience with dogs of all ages. In middle school I voluntered to help in a pet shelter for abandoned animals and seeing the big difference between their personalities in comparison to dogs with homes and families, made me want to give all the animals a home for them to be happy. Not being able to do so, I seeked more people who would be willing and able to give these animals a home. I love animals in general and dogs are my favorite. :)
