Trusted, professional dog-sitting

Pet care experience

My wife and I have a lifetime of experience caring for dogs, including our own growing up (we don't currently have a pet living with us). We absolutely love having any and all animals around and love to take them on runs and walks on the Razorback Greenway! We have a running belt that we love to take the pups with the owners permission because it’s a great way to get their energy out!

Nathan has kept my dog Lucy twice now and she loves him! He has been great to accommodate on short notice. He always takes Lucy on walks and allows her to make herself at home and comfortable at his house.

Leo loved staying with Nathan. Lots of great updates were sent to us. He was kept busy and well cared for, happy dog. This was our first time to use a dog sitter, and we are super satisfied!

Nathan and his wife kept my dog Phin for his first time away from us and they did fantastic. They took him on multiple walks, kept me updated throughout, and phin came home happy and healthy.

Nathan took great care of Chewie! He communicated well, was a great steward of my home, and made Chewie very happy. Will definitely use again!

Information Nathan T. would like to know about your pet

When it comes to taking care of a dog, it's important to have information about the dog's personality, breed, size, energy level, dietary restrictions, medical needs, and any behavioral concerns. Knowing these details helps us to provide the best possible care and meet the dog's individual needs while they are in my care. Additionally, it's important to know the dog's routine, including their feeding and walking schedules, as well as any special commands or signals that they are familiar with. By having this information ahead of time, we can ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both the dog and their owner.

A typical day

As a responsible dog watcher, we believe in providing a fun and stimulating environment for the dogs in my care. We tailor my activities to each individual dog based on their breed, size, energy level, and personality. One our favorite things to do is take them on runs if they’re able to as we both love to run and live right next to the razorback greenway! We love taking the dogs on walks and exploring new neighborhoods and parks! We have a few favorite spots for scenic walks, including local trails with plenty of sights and smells to keep the dogs entertained. We also believe in providing plenty of physical exercise to keep the dogs happy and healthy, so we will often incorporate runs and playtime into our walks. Our goal is always to make sure that the dogs in our care are having a fun and enjoyable time!

I work a hybrid software engineering position and my wife is a nightshift nurse who works three night shifts a week. This allows for us to always have someone home to stay with the dog and be able to consistently take them out. We make sure to set aside time for walks and playtime during throughout, and am available for check-ins and visits during evenings and weekends.
