Pet care experience
I have spent many years looking after friends and family dogs, this included a year of dog sitting in Spain looking after 4 dogs at the same time, I have also took others dogs on several day hikes, while camping with them, in a some what of training capacity. I have always found my calm nature around dogs, and my love for hiking, running and walking to make me a great companion for them, for me it is more about setting a calm environment and lifestyle that fulfilles their dog nature that mitigates any problems and sets a tone of harmony.

Very happy with Nathan's care of Vic over the last few days. Nathan is very calm and confident and Vic took to him immediately. When Vic's dad went to pick him up Vic greeted him and then immediately went back to his sofa! Our dog can be anxious and is not keen on other dogs. Nathan had no problems navigating this and gave Vic a really good balance of exercise and calm space. Thank you Nathan!

I have a nice sized, very clean bottom floor apartment with a big garden, enclosed by stone wall, but admittedly I would need to see to putting up a gate in the doorway leading out of the garden.

Any dog would be fine, I find it is easiest to meet the dog first, find out it's personalities, what suits them and then go from there.
A typical day
Depending on the dog, but running and long walks would be my go too, or if the dog would just like to pal around the flat that would also be ok.

I am currently not working, just back from holidays. My normal job is food deliveries on my bicycle, this is a job in which I can pick and choose my hours, so it would not interfere in my dog sitting
