If your dog needs lots of exercise (like I do) I can help! Had dogs for two years who had no running just short walks before I met them, by the time I was leaving they loved to run and were in much better shape and had better sleep patterns and physiques. Dogs need proper exercise to stay healthy just like us! Used to running with all the essential kit and judging the level of the dogs fitness and enjoyment and when they need to ease off, walk, or go faster. Prefer not to do evenings as that’s when I train and I work nights shifts so need to prepare for work. Can do late night walks and runs if you have a special requirement
