Pet care experience
I was raised on a small ranch where dogs we're a way of life. I have since moved and have free time. I have been taking care of animals my whole life and I miss it. I can take your dog for a walk around the block just to get out or get some much needed exercise. If your dog want to socialize we can go to the dog park. I have had all kinds of dogs growing up from small to very large. So I am accustomed to all dogs and different temperaments. They are all unique and fun. If you your dog needs some special needs I can accommodate. I have a fenced back yard where we can play or just lounge around in the sun. My home is set up to accommodate dogs. I live next to a large preserve where long nature walks are a daily occurrence.

Nathan watched our pup, Charley over the weekend, and I couldn’t be happier. Not only did she seem to get along great with his dog, Ender (the obvious things we like to see being a good fit here). But Nathan is very communicative, quick to reply back, and gave daily updates. Charley seemed very happy, so I certainly wouldn’t hesitate scheduling her for another play date in the future. This is my 1st time using Rover.com. Nathan was awesome! He texted me at least once/day of picture of my dog and a description of their day. They walked several times a day. My dog really enjoyed his 4 day staycation with Nathan and his sweet dog. How do I know? When we got home, he didn’t want to get out of the car. I literally had to carry him out. Nathan will be his permanent sitter from now on. I highly suggest him.
Nathan is an experienced dog person. My shy pup warmed up to him quickly, and got along well with his other pets. I received regular frequent updates which were appreciated while on our short trip away. Caspian (my dog) was well taken care of, exercised, and loved on while in Nathan’s care. I highly recommend and will rebook in the future.
Rico is an elderly dog, hence he can be handful and requires a different, more thoughtful, approach than middle aged healthy pup. Nathan provided great care for him. I felt confident Rico was safe, fed, watered, exercised, and entertained. And he definitely was! When we got home he was happily tried from playing and cuddling all day. I got updates on the activities regularly and knew he was happy there too. He socialized extremely well with Nathan's dog, which due to Rico's age can be hard - he naturally gets cranky at times. They got along beautifully! Thank you, Nathan!
