I also grew up around farm animals so I'm learned what animals need and how they communicate from a young age. Today, I breed Labradors, so I am well versed in the particular needs of that breed. I have two labs that are my constant companions, and I know they need constant exercise, so we have a large enclosure that allows them run to their heart's content without the need of constantly being leashed, or cramped up in the house. Also I love to take them walking in my neighborhood from time to time as well. Additionally I regularly house sit my sister's two cats and two dogs, so I know how to take care of other's fur babies while respecting their homes.

Nathan is very kind and gentle with animals. He grew up with dogs and cats around his whole life. From a very young age he had a true connection with our pets. For a season we raised Labrador retriever puppies. It was his responsibility to help care for these puppies i.e. clean their pens, play with and exercise them, feed them. We have always had multiple animals around. When his father and I travel he has been their caregiver from time to time. So I would say Nathan is very experienced.
