Green Rover, send your pet over! :)
Pet care experience
I am a young professional living in the Denver area. Unfortunately, I am not able to have pets of my own, therefore this is an excellent way for me to earn extra income, as well as spend some time with some awesome critters! I grew up with pets of all kinds: Horses, chickens, dogs, cats, goats, rabbits and geese. I also grew up with my own best friend, Tasha (German Shepherd). She was an excellent companion and best friend. Now my career has me moving around the country every couple years or so, making it difficult to care long-term for a furry friend of my own. However, I have lots of love and compassion I am waiting to give to your beloved best friend! :)

I hired Nathan to care for my dog, Tahoe, for the weekend. I told him to come to my house as late as possible each night and return as early as possible each morning to let her out. He came Friday afternoon at 5:24 PM and did not return until Saturday morning at 9:50 AM. My dog had to hold it for 16 HOURS, 14 MINUTES while he slept. I sent him a text message at 11: 16 PM Friday night asking about my dog because I knew he had not checked on her. He responded at 1:27 AM saying that he feel asleep and would go check on my dog, which he DID NOT until Saturday morning at 9:50 AM. I understand he may have feel asleep but don't lie to me and tell me that you will get up and go let my dog out and then go back to bed until late Saturday morning. My alarm system records when every door is opened downstairs and I have text messages also to documented proof that he neglected my dog. I will never hire him again.
This was my first time using the Rover app for an over night boarding. However, I am really glad that I found Nathan. He made me feel very comfortable leaving my dog with him. Nathan sent pictures of Seven everyday and believe me, the pictures helped to ease my mind. Seven truly is like a son to me so to know that he was safe and sound while I was away put everything at ease. Nathan brushed Seven and took him out for walks regularly. Everything seemed to have gone great. I would definitely recommend Nathan to any of my friends/coworkers!
Nathan and I have been friends since 2014. My dog Piper and him got along very well. Nathan would play with her and was trustworthy for overnight stays when I would go out of town. I have pictures of Nathan and Piper sleeping together. Piper passed away summer 2018 from liver failure and Nathan was a person I called for comfort because I knew he understood how much I loved this dog and how important she was to me. Nathan can be trusted watching any animal because he knows that this animal is more than just a pet to its owner. It is their fur baby and he has a respect, understanding, and appreciation for that. Feel free to contact me with any additional questions.
Nathan has grown up with multiple different dogs and pets. He has taken care of our current schnauzers and boxer-mix. He can take care of any dog big or small.
