Nathalie was the best! We often worry about our pup while he is staying with a Rover when we travel but we knew through meeting her and the updates during a trip that he was having a great time. She took great care of our pup and was very responsive if we had questions. Nathalie was fantastic. Excellent communication, very proactive in making sure she was prepared ahead of time. Very flexible with timing and drop off. The home was clean and she was open to whatever sleeping arrangements our dog preferred. She is very kind and thoughtful. Would fully recommend! Excellent experience!
Nathalie watched our little Bruno for a week during Spring break this year while we were out of the country. She took great care of him! She would send us daily updates with what was going on with him to include their walks, how much he ate and anything they did with pictures! She even took the sweater off her personal Teddy Bear to put on him because the weather got chilly one day. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter. She's great!
