Nathalie is the best sitter I’ve ever (!!) experienced. Sends tons of pictures, genuinely loves my dog, and al p. is a wonderful playmate. Great communication and flexible. Can’t recommned highly enough. Thank you for everything Nathalie!

I don't know where to start...! This past weekend, Nathalie watched my puppy for her first sleepover. I should've eased her into it, but I thought she'd be fine since she's a lab (lol) and because she's been to Nathalie's home before! Unfortunately (really, because we drove right back from Quebec to Boston - 17 hrs of driving that day) after the first night, my potty & housetrained puppy basically freaked out and pooped and peed everywhere and on herself. I felt horrible, but throughout this whole incident, Nathalie was SO kind and SO understanding. She could NOT have taken a better care of my dog. Nathalie really cared. She and her boyfriend also gave my dog a quick wash and even asked me how she should dry my dog. I cannot thank Nathalie and her bf enough for their work and helpfulness this past weekend. She insisted that she'd watch my dog for one more night since it was too late and dangerous to drive back, but we just had to in order to not traumatize my dog too much from her first sleepover. And even after this incident, Nathalie said she'd be willing to watch my pup again and help me train her to get used to boarding. Seriously, the best. dog. sitter. ever.
