Natalia is a very nice person, and it seemed my dog liked her; but my dog’s stay with her was somewhat inconvenient- Natalia watched our dog for our wedding weekend. She took the dog to another state (over an hour away) without telling us. About 20 minutes before our established pickup time, Natalia texted me to see if we could pick up the dog in the late afternoon. We had a honeymoon flight to catch and as a result my parents had to figure out the dog situation for us as they were watching the dog while we were on our honeymoon. Natalia did drop the dog off to my parents’ on her way back into the state, but as a result ended up keeping most of the dog’s supplies. It was nice that she went out of her way to bring the dog to my parents’ house after the mix up. I did not ask for my money back because, ultimately, our dog was safe, sound, and well cared for all weekend. I did, however, ask about my dog supplies and have not yet gotten a response. I feel conflicted about writing a review, but feel it is important for other Rover users to ask the right questions before booking Natalia.
