PetCare is my full time job, i do not take requests for services without an in person meeting with your pet FIRST so make time for it when booking if you are a first time client. This ensures your pet is comfortable with me and that we discuss any and everything pet care related. This also builds an example of trust in front of your pet so IYKYK. My time off is always known in advance of any bookings. I can cater to same day bookings but within reason. For example when doing so you must have your pet ready (harness & leash ready) and any food and or items needed for care purposes laid out for me to attend with in common areas/spaces of your home. Please understand it makes me very uncomfortable having to look around in your home for leashes, harnesses, or your pet when in your home. If your pet is prone to hiding or napping in spaces that are hard to get to, close them off for days of visitations or pick/dropoff. This helps me stay on schedule and on time for your pets pickup/dropoff AND their furry friends. If you have a front desk personnel that needs my information you are responsible for ensuring I have authorization to enter your apartment. When booking please be sure to confirm your address and or zip code so I can ensure that I will be able to attend to your pet within the time frame of bookings or otherwise. I appreciate check in's and questions prior to, during and after services are completed. If you are looking to book with me for future dates but they are not solidified on your end you can message me anytime without processing a booking (a heads up if you will). If I am late please be sure that I have NOT forgotten, I maybe delayed with traffic, in-climate weather, cleaning up messes, front desk/elevator issues or attending to prior appointments, working with LIVE animals can be unpredictable.
