I grew up with dogs - labradors and a dalmatian and I absolutely adore all animals. My boyfriend grew up in a home that raised puppies for the Guide Dogs, so he is very well versed in dogs and their behaviour. We're both experienced dog owners who absolutely adore them. We've had our own dog, Bueno, now for three years.

We can’t thank Natasha, Simon & Bueno enough for making Pippa feel so welcome in their home. They made Pippa feel like she was part of the family as soon as she walked through the door…. I don’t think Pippa want to leave!! . We was so nervous about leaving her but we couldn’t recommend them enough as we knew from the moment we left she was in safe hands x
I couldn't ask for a better place to leave my boy! I've always found it hard leaving him. Tasha's advert really gave me the confidence to reach out. What a lovely young couple, it's so reassuring to find someone/somewhere who understands silly Labrador quirks and who are of the same view that dogs should be off lead in safe environments. Reggie (My boy) needs to wander and sniff and dig for rocks in the river and just tootle about so he can hold up your walk but they understood and the lovely Buen was very hospitable and happy to share her people! I've just found myself wondering whether I should leave a review, as if you all find out about Tasha, Simon & Bueno my boy would have competition for the dog sofa ?! Lovely photos and updates really reassuring as I felt lost as soon as I'd dropped him off. I wish I'd found Rover sooner. I will definitely book again. Thank you T,S & B for opening your home ❤
Excellent service - our boy Tucker had an great time with Natasha. Regular updates and photos eased our guilt at leaving him behind. Plenty of long walks and cuddles… and a playmate with Bueno! Would definitely use again.

Dogs are welcome on the sofa in our home, and can sleep in our bedroom if that's what they're used to. We know being away from home and owners can be stressful, so whatever we can do to make your dog comfortable and put your mind at rest we will do. We also have a handy walk in shower should your pooch have a liking for muddy puddles like ours does! We have a fully secure rear garden with a large gravel pit for toileting (which we always clear up right away).

Please let me know anything you feel is important, toilet habits, where your dog likes to sleep, how sociable your dog is, if they have good recall and are allowed off lead. Anything you want us to know, just send a message :) we like to meet before any booking to ensure our dogs are comfortable and a good fit. Please note long stays will require a trial night before confirming to ensure it's a good fit for our dog and for yours.
A typical day
We start the day with a long walk and a swim at our local country park. During the day dogs can play in our home and garden while we work, or on weekends we can travel to somewhere more rural for a long walk and explore. We will also have an evening walk and some play time in the evening to tire everyone out before bed time.

Myself and my boyfriend both work from home, and we never leave our dog alone - so rest assured your dog will always have at least one of us around. We have a three year old female golden retriever called Bueno. She's incredibly friendly, happy, and playful. She is also very spoilt, because she deserves it! We have a large country park nearby and a rural track walk from the door. Bueno is incredibly flexible in her routine, so we can happily adapt to your dogs walking schedule and routine if needed.
