My pup Bella and I give Natasha 2 paws in the air! I was super nervous about using Rover to help me find someone who would be willing to take care of Bella but Natasha went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and trusting but more importantly Bella was so well taken care of. I had no worries over Thanksgiving holidays thanks to her. She was so flexible about pick up and drop off times even with me numerous time changes for pickup due to traffic driving back to Virginia. I got pictures and updates everyday, multiple times to let me know how everything was going. Bella really seemed to enjoy herself for sure which was such a huge relief. Anytime she's available if I'm going out of town and I have to have Bella stay her I will be on contacting her! Definitely highly recommend her for any of your doggy needs when you're away. Natasha and her husband took great care of my Duchess! She sent me updates with pics daily, including one where Duchess was laid out on her back getting a belly rub! :-) That let me know that my baby felt safe with them. She also allowed me to drop her off the night before, no charge, since I had a flight the next morning. I appreciate the love and care Natasha showed my Duchess. I will definitely use her again!
