Pet care experience
I've taken care of various dogs in the past decade or so—mostly for neighbors and friends. I truly enjoy caring for all kinds of dogs, and feel very comfortable going on walks, going to dog parks (if requested), bathing, and am happy to follow any sort of training regimen. I know how hard it can be to leave one's pet, and want to ensure that owners can feel comfortable and confident knowing that their dog will be loved and cared for while they are away.

Natascha was an excellent dogsitter when we went out of town for 3 days. She was super responsive and sent lots of updates and photos. Our dog was happy and calm when we picked him up. We will definitely book with Natascha again.

I currently live in a one-bedroom apartment that has green space in the front and back (not fenced, but private and quiet). Dogs are allowed on my couch and bed, though if you have any rules around furniture, I will follow those. I am very flexible and will discuss your routines/rules to adhere to them as much as possible to ensure continuity for your dog.

A typical day
I love to go on frequent walks and hikes with dogs, especially around Forest Park and sometimes the Sandy River Delta park if I have adequate time in the day! If your dog does well in dog parks, I really enjoy spending time at Alberta Park.

Availability
I am currently a grad school student at PSU studying mental health counseling, and only need to be physically at the clinic on Mondays from 9-3. Otherwise, I work from home and have a very flexible schedule! That means frequent walks, and lots of play time.
