I'm a first time Rover user and was so nervous to leave my dog at someone else's home. Natalie made us feel at ease by sending updates and photos. My dog was so happy at pick up and was kept clean. They have a cute dog named Chelsea who is very well groomed and clean and also very sweet. Will definitely book with Natalie again!
Natalie & Ian are the best! They are super easy to communicate and responsive. They send out frequent updates throughout the day. Also Chelsea is just the cutest and friendliest Samoyed!!! My corgi is a handful but she gets along so well with Chelsea (they are adorable together 🥰). Can’t recommend Natalie & Ian enough!
I had complete peace of mind leaving my puppy with Natalie & Xinwei. They were easy to communicate with, sent us constant updates, and made sure our dog had the best time.

I'm happy to accommodate any special requests that you have whilst we're watching your dogs (ex. meal prep, medication administrations etc.) We are also able to provide special care to your dog if they have special needs.
A typical day
Walks in the morning and the afternoon, with a doggy park visit in the evening to stretch out their leg. We also play fetch in the indoor dog run.

We both work from home in Brooklyn so your pet will get plenty of attention and regular walks throughout the day, with a dog park visit in the evening. I would love to share your pup’s adventures. You can expect daily photos and updates on your pup, so that you can rest easy while you're out and about your day.
