Pet care experience
I have had dogs since I was born and grew up taking care of them. My first job ever when I was 10 was to take care of my neighbors dogs while they were on vacation. I have a one year old Akita mix who loves to play at the dog park, go on walks/hikes and take long naps in my bed. Taking care of dogs isn't really a job for me, more like a regular part of my life that I love, so I am happy to welcome some more furry friends and treat them as my own (while accommodating to specific care instructions of course)! I am well experienced with special needs or any additional services your dog may need. My dog Zion was a rescue with a bone development disorder among other issues so he needed a lot of special care but he is now a happy and healthy pup that loves new friends! I live in an apartment with a dog park and lots of fun walking spots. I typically take Zion to the dog park at least once a day so your dog is welcome to join or if they prefer a more mild environment, we can go for walks instead.

I have one dog in my apartment and he is my little family. He is allowed on furniture and we often go to the dog park, walks or other little adventures. I have a crate if you need your dog to be crated for any reason. Zion will happily entertain your dog while you are gone. We often take trips out to the dog park or for walks and rides as well. I work from home most of the time so I will always be around the house while in care of your dog.

A typical day
Typically I wake up and feed Zion and let him play at the dog park or go for a morning walk. During the day I work on my computer taking breaks to play with my dog and let him out. Towards the end of the day we go to the dog park to play with all of his friends or go on a little adventure to get his energy out.

Availability
I work from home most of the time, so I will only accept bookings if I can be sure to be fully available to your pet, they’ll never be left alone. My day to day routine involves pet care as I have a dog of my own. I take him pretty much everywhere I go when I can.
