My roommate and I recently hired Nat to look after my cats while I was away. Nat was friendly and communicative, sending daily photos which showed that even my usually shy cat warmed up to them. This was reassuring and appreciated. There was a concern regarding the water for one of the cats. When I arrived home, the water bowl was dry. Nat explained that they refilled the bowl every other day but may have missed it that morning. I appreciate their overall care and honesty in responding to my concerns. Otherwise, it looked like everything was done with care. I recommend Nat for their service, with a note for future clients to clarify and emphasize specific care instructions.

Natalie came on short notice when I had an emergency and I am so grateful. Both cats seemed to like her even the one who normally hides under the bed!
