We have had our Vizsla for over 18 months now, which has been a joy - And a steep learning curve! He is very sociable with other dogs, especially dogs that like to run. Our home is a family environment, with 4 children from age 7 upwards, who all love dogs, and know how to behave respectfully around them. We have a one-eyed outdoor cat, who keeps himself away from Ringo our dog, but is often around the garden. I have had pets all my life, and friends and neighbours often rely on me to feed and clean out their cats and small animals when they are away. I'm currently at home most of the day, and never leave my dog for more than 3 hours in a day. I am available for dog walking or pet feeding after the morning school run, lunchtime or evenings. At weekends I can walk or feed at any time. I have a fenced garden with a grass area and have Ringo my Vizsla, to be your pup's playmate. He is crated at night, and I am happy to have your dog crated or not, as you would prefer. I have a van that I use to take dogs to local woodlands for walking, or to the beach. Your dog can be secured in the van as they would usually be at home - crated, or belted. We have a park within a minute of our house, but I do like variety on my walks, so let me know what your dog prefers. I prefer to walk dogs where it is safe to do so off-lead, depending on your preference. I'm happy to take to secure places for off-lead time if needs be. As we have teenagers, there is always lots of coming and going, which means there is nearly always someone at home, for the times that I am not.
