I got two cats (Ragdolls) as my first pets. Ever since, I have owned two dogs and two cats. I have an 8-year old Australian Shepherd border collie mix and a 2-year old chihuahua Pomeranian mix. I am familiar working with both puppies and older dogs and have volunteered my time at the Milo Foundation where I took dogs out for walks. I also have taken care of my friends pets, one which was a senior Malamute and the other an unpotty-trained chihuahua puppy. I love active dogs and would be happy to take them on runs/hikes, but I also love calmer dogs who would be happy just lounging around the house receiving all the love in the world! I would do my best to make sure they are accompanied at all times and having the greatest time while their family is gone.
