I cannot speak more highly of Natalie B. I moved here almost 2 years ago with a senior dog who, although not aggressive, has anxiety and fear. I cannot take her to a groomer. Natalie came to my home and I was immediately impressed with how well she interacted with her. She also listened attentively to the information I gave her about my dog but also asked questions that indicated her knowledge. Not only has she been coming to my home for over a year to groom Cassie, But because of the trust I feel with her, she stayed at my home while I had to go out of state for 10 days to care for Cassie while I was gone. I never worried for one minute! She sent pictures and kept me informed And Cassie was an excellent condition and good attitude when I got back, not the least bit fearful or anxious or upset that I had been gone for 10 days! I already have another trip planned that I will be leaving Cassie in her care.

Natalie has groomed our shih tzu and lhasa apso at our home several times and we are delighted with her. She is always prompt to return texts or phone calls and has not missed a single appointment. She is kind and compassionate, particularly, with our 12 year old lhasa who gets so anxious about his grooming that he has had seizures on the grooming table. He has to be sedated prior to his grooming appointment these days and Natalie is so accommodating to him, alerting us when he is too anxious to complete his grooming or allowing more time for him to settle down before proceeding. We are delighted to know Natalie as a person and trust her completely. She is a sweet, caring and honest individual and we would recommend her highly for any task/job that she wishes to take on. You will not be disappointed with her level of responsibility and conscientious manner.
