Pet care experience
I've had animals from birth until present- dogs, cats, birds, fish, hamsters, house rabbits, frogs, turtles, you name it. Also fostered many dogs through Molly's Militia pet rescue in Aiken, SC and volunteered at their pet adoptions at Petsmart. Was also an on-site volunteer dog/cat caretaker/walker at Smithgall Humane Society in Helen, GA. In addition to that, I've fostered and socialized many abandoned house rabbits through the Georgia House Rabbit Society in Marietta, GA. I love animals and understand how difficult it is to leave fur babies when you have to go out of town. It's never an easy thing to do. I could never replace you in your pet's eyes and wouldn't even try, but am happy to love on them on your behalf.

I am 5'1" and don't weigh a ton, so would want to be sure I could handle the dog weight-wise if they are prone to walking the person instead of the other way around. Outside of that, as long as the dog has no history of aggression, I'd likely feel very comfortable with him/her.
A typical day
Whatever your dog is used to doing and enjoys doing, we can do. Every dog is different and my goal is to make your dog(s) as comfortable in your absence as possible and make them feel loved/tended to.
