I have a hybrid work schedule where I work from home primarily and go into the office 2 days a month. I will block out the days I am in office so I can stick with my own baby’s routines and not disrupt yours too much. My girls (dogs) prefer to be outside in our fenced in yard over anything, get fed in the evenings, and stay in crates overnight. They’re more comfortable and don’t tear up my house that way. My boy (cat) wanders the house freely, although I do take him outside for our “walkabouts” as he was a stray that chose me so he’s still curious about it from time to time. He gets fed in the mornings and evenings as he’s still a kitten. My girls enjoy trail walks so we try to make it to the trails once or twice a week. We play in the yard daily and I walk them through my neighborhood occasionally as well.
