Pet care experience
Hi, my name is Natalie! I currently work full time from home. I have had pets growing up my entire life, including several cats, a dog, a guinea pig and a handful of gerbils. I love dogs and I enjoy spending my free time outdoors and going on hikes in the surrounding White Mountains as well as more local options like visits to Lake Willoughby and the surrounding Lake Willoughby State Forrest. I would love to have your furry companion to join me on my weekend adventures and daily walks around the neighborhood. I've had experience taking care of one of my neighbors pups, an elderly lab, as well as caring for my own lil guy Clancy, a Brittany Springer mix. He has since passed away from old age. I recently adopted a husky mix and are happy to help with socializing. I'm available for walks and basic services such as feeding after work from 4:00pm until 8:00pm during the weekday and most weekends by appointment. If you would like to make an appointment outside the times listed please reach out to me and I’m sure we can make other arrangements!
Reviews
My rescue can be a lot to handle: she's dog-reactive, very reserved with strangers, eats raw food, has lots of energy, and is pretty particular about her schedule. Natalie and her boyfriend were great about being gentle and patient with her, were very friendly and communicative, and were super flexible with my changing schedule. I had to extend the stay by a morning and didn't pack any extra meals, so Natalie cooked my dog some eggs for breakfast!
Natalie was fabulous with Skipper! He is a super shy guy, but she was able to work with him to approach her for treats and pats, and they went on a walk together. She was very responsive and I would definitely use her again!
I wish there were 10 stars!!! Rylee has not been away from us and watched by anyone - one on one - but twice. When we dropped him off and put the leash in Natalie’s hand he walked with her as if he knew her for years!!! Now if anyone knows Chihuahua’s - they are NOT friendly. Rylee even met her friend and never flinched!!! That tells me something right there. Rylee bonded to her right away. Rylee is not well so we didn’t want to stress him out so one of our friends recommended The App Rover. Natalie was the first to pop up. Called and now Rylee has a buddy. The Nelson’s would recommend Natalie in a heartbeat. I hope this is not to soon to say but we love her ?
Natalie was a great dog sitter! She took great care of my 3-month old puppy. He was exhausted from his day of fun!

Information Natalie E. would like to know about your pet
No preference on size. I would like to know if your pet has any anxiety as well as their energy level. This will help me determine what level of care they will need.
A typical day
For a typical stay I would take your pet on at least one longer walk upwards of an hour as well as smaller shorter walks averaging around 15 minutes in addition to shorter bursts of time outside. Please specify if your pet needs more than 1 hour of exercise daily.
