Natalie is awesome! She was able to accommodate my pupper and I on super last minute notice, and she remembered all the care instructions I told her even though I was in a rush to be on my way to start my day! She went above and beyond to make Apolo and I happy, and I am so grateful for that :) Will definitely be booking again in the future!!

Natalie was absolutely amazing and saved us from a stressful situation! She was communicative and attentive (sending us tons of pictures and videos) and exceeded any expectations we ever had for Turbo as his first pet sitter. We found out after checking into our hotel that they could not accommodate our dog even though it had said pet friendly. Being in a bind, I was desperate to find a place for our boy Turbo to be safe. Natalie was so quick to respond when I inquired and was lifesaving to our very last minute and urgent request. Natalie took such good care of Turbo and went above and beyond to make sure he was loved, safe and comfortable. Even though it was a short stay, Turbo received trips to the dog park, played with another dog to get his exercise in, walks, he got special bones for a treat and he was even tucked in at night with a nightlight and a fan to make sure he was comfortable in his sleep and fresh!!! ? Absolutely hands down more than the experience we could have hoped for! Natalie and her husband cuddled with Turbo and made sure he got lots of pets. I would recommend Natalie to anyone looking for a great experience. I believe our sweet boy Turbo had a better vacation experience to Colorado than us. We were awed, thank you Natalie for taking such good care of our boy!
