Natalie is fantastic; very communicative, was willing to follow some special instructions for one of our dogs that needed a modified diet due to a temporary health issue, and kept us up to date on the puppers' activities and how they were doing. Would definitely use Natalie again!
Natalie is great! Quick responses and very flexible with our imprecise schedule. She kept us updated with pictures and Truman appeared to be having a great time.
Natalie and her husband were so so great and I’m so thankful they were able to watch my two pups! I just know they were taken care of and we were provided pictures all weekend. Natalie was so flexible and easy-going, I envy it for myself :) I hope we have a chance to hire her again the next time we go out of town!
