Pet care experience
I am a 29 year old full-time dog caretaker and walker. I have taken care of dogs my entire life and currently own a 10 kg Dachshund (Teckel) who is well trained and gets along with other pets. I am extremely responsible and respectable towards homes, pet rules, feeding schedules, training, and potty breaks/exercise guidelines. I would love to take care of any pets as long as they get along well with others and are not a noise nuisance (due to neighbor complaints). I have taken care of many dogs with special needs and I am very sensitive to how I would want someone to take care of my dog so I expect the same of me when it comes to your special one. For housesitting where I have to travel outside of The Hague I charge a €50 additional fee.

Booked Natalia for 1,5 week for daily house visits for my cat. Natalia replied super quickly after the booking and made sure we both felt at ease with the ‘agreement’. She came across friendly and professionaly. Natalia took very good care of my cat as agreed and posted updates and photo’s regularly. Most important, she gave me the feeling my cat (and house) were in good hands with her during my holiday. Also, this was my first Rover booking and the process went super smooth via the app. To sum up; 5 star rating ?
Natalia is excellent. We had never used a dog sitting service before and she really put our mind at ease. Really considerate person who always sends videos so we could check in our little guy. Clearly an animal lover, highly recommend.
Our miniature dachshund (who is like a child to us) had a wonderful time with Natalia over a long weekend. He came back to us happy and tired! She sent loads of updates and videos, and was patient with him as he adjusted to a new environment. We are happy we can rely on Natalia to care for him! Will definitely book again.
Natalia was amazing and we’d love to have her watch Harper again! She asked all of the right questions and put in a lot of extra effort to make our dog feel loved. Harper is not always terribly friendly and can be aggressive but Natalia did a phenomenal job of socializing her with other dogs. Overall, Harper got a lot of exercise, made some friends, and even got a swim! Thank you!

I am very aware of pet behavior. I am careful not to put your dog in a certain situation they are not comfortable with. I can pick up on many cues when your dog is nervous, hostile, or uncomfortable and do my best to help them feel most comfortable both with me and my dog. I have a video camera in my house so I can see what's happening at all times. My apartment is located in Haagse Bos, a forest in Den Haag that I love to walk in every single day multiple times a day. It gives me the opportunity to take your dog out and even off leash if given permission. When it comes to staying in your home I am very respectful and extremely clean. In some cases I may leave it cleaner than when I found it! I tend to also wash all towels and bed sheets the day I leave so everything can be fresh for you.

The dogs I am taking care of would need to be comfortable with other dogs, so its important you tell me if they are neutered or not, their behaviour with males and females, strangers, and kids. I also need to know if the dog barks indoors a lot and if they have behavioral issues such as separation anxiety. I would like to know about any physical limitations or behaviors that could be harmful for the dog. For example, the dog frequently lunges at people, or tries to eat from the garbage can, etc.
A typical day
I LOVE long walks and live in the forest (Haagse Bos). If you would want me to walk your dog for a longer period I have no problems with that. I also love to run. If allowed, I would also love to take your dog to the dog park if he/she is well behaved in that environment. I think all these outdoor activities are great for your dogs health.

Availability
Taking care of dogs is my full time job so I center my day around their potty and feeding schedules. I work a restaurant job part time so once or twice a week I will have a 4 to 5 hour shift in the late evening, right next to my home.
