Hello! I'm Natalia, I've adored dogs since I was a kid and have had experience walking and looking after a variety of breeds including Cockerpoos, Golden retrievers, Pugs, rescues, Spaniels and even a Great Dane! Friends and neighbours have trusted me to walk, feed and bathe their pets whilst they've been away or unable to do so. A little about me...I'm a friendly and warm person who enjoys keeping fit through yoga and strength workouts. I'm a big fan of music, films, art and spending time with friends and family :-)

Natalia stepped in at short notice to help me with dog care when I was really stuck, and despite it not being a clear day for her. So lucky to have someone I can really rely on who my dog seems to greet as if he’s known her all his life!

The dogs I look after make themselves at home pretty quickly at mine. I allow them to get used to their new surroundings, have a nose and a sniff around and allow them to relax in a spot they pick themselves. If when they are dropped round to mine and they are pinning for their owner and haven't settled I take them for a walk to distract them. There are many beautiful green spaces close by as well as the beach of course!

It's important for me to know your dog's character, whether they bark, what I can do to soothe them if and when they feel anxious, what they are like around other dogs - are there some breeds they do not gel well with, whether they should be kept on the lead during walks etc. The more information the better :-) so that I can be well prepared in looking after your dog.
A typical day
I tend to stimulate the dogs in my care with playful games with toys and throwing balls. Cuddles on the sofa and run arounds the local parks.

Availability
I freelance as an Events Manager so regularly work from home, therefore I welcome company throughout the day and during a lunch-time walk :-) By half 5/6pm the doggies I have looked after are usually ready for a walk so we go for a long evening walk then return to flop out together on the sofa and chill out. At the weekends, depending on how comfortable the dog feels with me and with permission of their owner, dogs that I have looked after have become an extension to myself and we have often explored the local area together and visited my local friends and family in Buckinghamshire.
