Natalia took care of my senior cat who is 19 years old. I was gone for a long weekend, and Natalia thankfully kept us updated with how she was doing and sent frequent pictures to let us know she was in good hands. My cat frequently gets matted fur and Natalia kept her brushed every day and I was so relieved to come back to a soft, cared for pet. After my first great experience, I asked nat to come back the next time I need someone to look after my cat, when Natalia walked in the door my cat was so excited to see them! I would normally be stressed out about leaving my cat home alone but thankfully I had a sitter who took care of my cat the exact same way I would. I cannot recommend them enough! 5 stars!
