Pet care experience
I've lived with and helped take care of dogs for over a decade. I have pet sat on numerous occasions for friends and family over the years. I have experience with puppy and adult dog training and I am known for being incredibly consistent and creative at times with my training. While I have no formal education on dog training, I have experience with different types of dogs and puppies. I have also performed pet first aid and am great in critical situations. I love taking dogs on long walks, runs, hikes, and to the dog park!

Natalia was great! Winnie is shy/skeptical of new people and they hit it off, which makes me feel so good to leave my girl with someone. Natalia is so easy to work with and her love of animals shows in how she treats your fur baby like her own. We already have another visit booked and I know they are going to have the best time together!
Natalia was great. She not only cared for our dogs, but left our house neat and tidy. I would recommend her highly and wouldn't hesitate to use her again.

Natalia was everything I could have hoped for and more! I would say her top 3 qualities are Responsible, Thoughtful and Playful :-). She took such good care of my 4 1/2 month-old puppy, who I would never have left with a sitter so early other than for the unexpected circumstances that required it. In the event, she left me feeling completely confident in her care for Finley. She updated us daily, with photos, took him out for walks and backyard play sessions, and even helped train him to be less agitated when in the crate!!! We would hire her again, absolutely, she is our #1 pick!!

While it is healthy to challenge your pets with new experiences, they should always feel safe with the person and space they are in. I will work to create trust and a bond with your animals before introducing any new experiences, and I will always pay close attention to their body language at home and outside. I will make sure to learn from you about any past traumas or challenges your pet may have so that I can best serve them, and I will always respect that you know your pet best.

Let me know if your pet has any unique behaviors or difficulties that I should be aware of. If you are working on training, I want to make sure we are on the same page and not giving your animal conflicting messages. Let me know if your pet is on any medications that I need to administer and if there are physical limitations your pet has. If your pet has an old injury or if they have restrictions on outdoor time, please communicate that. Please also let me know if your dog has been neutered/spayed and if they are on flea and tick medications and if that affects taking them to off leash areas like a dog park. Last, if your animal is reactive to other animals (cats, dogs) please communicate about that and to what level.
A typical day
I love to have fun with pets and make sure they are getting adequate exercise and mental stimulation. While it is up to the pet parent, I love taking dogs on hikes and to the dog park. I'm also a big fan of active pet play. I'll play tug and fetch and run around with your dog. For cats, I like to get them running around, chasing after toys. If you own treat puzzles, I love to set those up for pets to give them some stimulating challenges. The goal at the end of the day is to have a happy, relaxed animal for you to come home to.

Availability
Recent college graduate with part time remote work with lots of time to dedicate to your fur babies. Building healthy habits and daily exercise is a big part of my goals for this year and I am hoping that taking your dogs for adventures will be a big part of that.
