Narkary (Nary) Neang is a honest, loving and responsible pet owner. She also has gone out of her way to rescue and care for animals that were not hers time and time again. For example, Nary has rescued at least seven baby (<4 weeks old) kittens in her neighborhood and took care of them by giving them proper food, shelter and affection until a kitten rescue was available to arrive and get the kittens ready for adoption. She has also stepped up to take care of her brother's dog when he neglects to do so. From my personal experience, Nary has shown nothing but affection for my cats. Nary has an impressive amount of experience taking care of animals and constantly researches to learn more about how pets can be better taken care of. Narkary is my lifesaver, as I never knew how to take care of a cat, or even a animal she was able to give me a hand to help me out. Even with recommending local vets that are within my budget. She took me shopping and pointed out the essentials of what I needed, with the food, and the litter, and basically everything. She even taught me how to give my cat a bath, although it was pretty scary to see my cat scratch and bite, Narkary stayed calm and even patient for my cat’s response.
