Pet care experience
I have always been around pets (dogs and cats) throughout my life due to my pet-loving family and friends. Currently, I help take care of my family dog, Rolla, whom we adopted 5 years ago when he was one year old. Also, I frequently help dog-sit my sister's dog, Taro, who was around 2 months old when he joined our family. When helping to care for our family dogs, I help to watch, feed, walk, play, and train them basic commands with delicious treats and praises.

Nara is amazing! She showed up on time and took great care of our golden retriever puppy! Will definitely be booking with her again!
Nara was so great with our 6 month old puppy! She was super accommodating to our schedule and sent many updates and photos while we were away. They went for many walks and played outside (our puppy’s fave thing to do), we could tell he had so much fun with her!
Nara is absolutely amazing with my dog! My dog has mild separation anxiety and is super energetic so when I was looking for house sitters, it was very important that I found someone who could provide her with the attention, care and exercise that she needed and Nara was one of the only people I found that my pup immediately loved! She has been taking care of my pup while I'm traveling for several years and I always come back to a happy dog and a clean home. As a clingy millennial dog mom, I always appreciate her quick and thorough responses and her flexibility in schedule. I always get the best photos and very detailed updates throughout the day from her which always puts my mind at ease when I'm not home!

Currently, I live in a condo with my mom in Lakewood, CO that is located right next to a pet-friendly park. The park is literally less than a minute of walking distance from my home, therefore I often visit this park to go for walks with pets. Furthermore, my family pets are located in a different home from the location I will be residing in during my gap year, in which I mentioned above. Along with these benefits, each pets will be met with individual needs for the most satisfactory care from me!

A typical day
I love taking dogs on hikes or walks on designated pet-friendly trails and/or parks throughout the neighborhood. Other fun activities include providing nose work activities, playing fetch in a fenced area, and lots of bellies rubs and cuddles :)

Availability
I have graduated this May of 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree and am planning to take a gap year in Denver, CO before starting to work for the rest of my life :') Other than participating in leisure activities in the mountains and the city of Denver, most of my days will be will be free and flexible to help walk or dog-sit pets in the Denver community. My Rover calendar will be updated on a real-time basis to provide my most updated availability for those who would like to book with me :)
