Absolutely fantastic, cares very deeply for dogs and is clearly passionate about them. This is not a job to her, it could not be more apparent that it is a fundamental way of life to be around, care for, and love dogs. Unfortunately my husky puppy, who she was extremely excited to watch, had never been around a small dog before and he tried to play too rough, but WOW she and Rover customer support had found a new sitter and transported my puppy all on their own within about 5 minutes of the dog relationship issue becoming apparent. My puppy often jumps on new people, he did not jump on Naomi. He walked up to her and began cuddling his head against her leg, a behavior I've almost never seen him do with someone new, their connection was instant. Even though she was only with him for a few hours, she sent constant updates and photos, took him to the dog park, and handled him absolutely perfectly. The constant communication made me feel safe and reassured at every step of the way, as this was my first time using a service like this. She drove my puppy to the new sitter of her own volition as I had already left on my vacation, and I will without question be hiring her for any walks I need in the future, I would board with her again in a second if not for how my dog was with hers. Absolutely A++, couldn't believe how lucky I was not just to find the app but to right away find such a fantastic caregiver on it. She will love your dog and is a total sweetheart, understanding and will work with you. Above and beyond, if I were her employer and this were a performance review she would be at the top of the list for a promotion and a raise, genuinely I can't stop singing her praises, Naomi is FANTASTIC!!!

I recommend Naomi for anyone needing a loving sitter for their dogs when they’re not available. I have had her come in and take care of my dog for about a year and she is so reliable and great with communication.
