Pet care experience
I love dogs and miss having them in my life. I am re-activating my Rover account to spend time with dogs as I am not at the point where I am ready to have a new furry family member, I am happy and ready to help you with yours. I'm new to the area (transplant from Truckee) so my availability is wide open at the moment as I build my base. I have tons of experience with the spectrum of dog types and have cared for many "difficult" and temperamental dogs - who I call "special needs". My beloved dog, Trouble (he was a bassador), grew to be a super senior -,🙌🐕❤️🌈- we had many adventures over the years and I watched many, many different dogs during our time together. He loved having a pack. I will forever have a special place in my heart for senior dogs and understand their needs and temperment very well. I have a furry friendly vehicle and love to go out on adventures. I am close to Red Rocks and am looking forward to exploring all the area has to offer. I understand that your pet is a family member and treat them with love and respect. I do my best to ensure all needs are meet. My Mother-in-law is a vet, so advising for emergency issues is simply a phone call away. With years of experience and continued canine training education, I offer a gentle and positive reenforcement approach so your dog has confidence to be themselves in my care. I understanding canine nature, and you can rest assured your family member is in safe and loving hands with me.

Naomi was incredibly accommodating and took great care of my 9 month old puppy! I booked last minute and she was very flexible in arranging pick ups and drop offs. She updated me with pictures and texts throughout the stay and my pup came home tired and happy! You can tell Naomi loves animals and would trust her with any type of dog. Definitely recommend her to anyone who needs dog sitting in Truckee!
Naomi was wonderful to our sweet Ellie. She worked with us at the very last minute, and was so accommodating to our needs. We wouldn’t hesitate to have her pet sit again when we come back into town. Thanks again! We appreciate you!
Naomi is amazing! We contacted her last minute while we were in vacation in Tahoe, and she responded very quickly to our inquiry! Our dogs had a great time - she took them on a hike and they got along great with her own dog, Trouble. She is an amazing dog person and so friendly and personable - highly recommend! Your dogs will have a great time with her and feel right at home.
Naomi was wonderful. My basset was immediately comfortable. She kept me up to date and was flexible in working out pick up and drop off in a big messy storm. The best!

I work from home and have a fenced yard and am very close to walking trails, the perfect environment to ensure your dog is in loving and caring hands and will get out plenty of exercise, play and potty breaks. When your dog is in my care they are my priority. Since I work from home I am also available to care for your animals in your home if you think they are more comfortable in their environment if you are traveling (pricing is higher for this service since I am unable to stack services.)

I would like to know the feeding schedule and amount. If the dog has any particular quirks or qualms. How they get along with other dogs. Name recall. The basics as far as personality go. I ask that owners bring a dog bed and item of clothing or something that has the scent if staying overnight.
A typical day
I used to live in West End Donner lake where we would go on a trail around the lake itself -- being new to the area I have already discovered multiple walking paths near me and would love to explore Red Rocks and other dog parks and trails in the area. I find so much joy in getting out and about with dogs.

Availability
Working from home, I'm always available to be a part of the pack. Let's face it, dogs dont like being alone, and I am happy to host during the day or night as your needs require. I love getting outside and taking breaks for fresh air. Having a furry friend around makes everything more enjoyable.
