Pet care experience
ive been the primary carer for my cat, Mookie, for several years now and I spent a little over a year day-sitting a dog for a family friend. I have experience with over excitable dogs and right now, I'm dog sitting for my cousin and successfully training her small dog while we look for a better home for her. I love dogs and I can very easily form connections with almost any kind of dog.

I have a small yard, but there is a large gated park very close to my house that I take the dogs I watch to. The yard that I do have is gated and there is room for a dog to play and have space to run around. If I were to watch a pet in a clients house, I would follow any instructions they had for me. It really just depends on the home and what they would like me to do.

I would like to know feeding times, how well your dog is trained, and any specific things I am not allowed to feed it. I feed my dog some of my people food sometimes, so specify any foods your dog is not allowed to eat/can't eat. I would also like to know how your dog is with other dogs, and if they will be in my house, id they get along with cats. I have a cat thats in and out of the house, and it probably won't cause problems, but I'd like to know if its safe for her to be inside with your dog.
A typical day
I like to go on drives and I usually always drive by a park in Nipomo on Pomeroy Rd that has a dog park. I take my own dog there frequently. I also have a park just 5 minutes away from my house that I take my own dog to daily. I love spending time with animals and I love playing with dogs.

Availability
Currently, I'm attending high school as a 5th year senior due to lost credits during COVID-19. I go from 8:50am - 1:31pm. I also plan on starting a part time job soon, and I will update this once that happens. I plan on working at a dog groomers so I can have some more experience with animals.
