I had years of experience helping family and friends out with their dogs before I got my own. I would always jump at the chance to look after dogs if the opportunity came about and still do.

Naomi looked after our 2 cocker spaniels for a week . I was quite nervous as they’ve not spent much time away from us . They were really well looked after , and had a great time , judging by the photos we were regularly sent . This was very reassuring. Would definitely use her again
Naomi was fab at keeping me updated with how Spot was doing, which was really reassuring as it was his first time doing doggy day care. Naomi sent some great pictures and Bonnie and Spot just had the best day! I think spot is going to be really happy having his play dates here every week!

They will have a female cockapoo for company to help tire them out and lots of different types of toys to play with. During walks I respect the owners wishes, so I'm happy to keep them on lead if someone isn't confident about them being let off, and if I do let dogs off it's only in an open but secure park / grass area. My garden is fully secure but I would always be present when letting dogs outside, they're never left unattended. While dogs stay with us I take lots of pictures and videos to give owners daily updates on how they're settling in and what they might have been up to that day - Dogs they've been socialising with, walks they've had, toys they've liked playing with, where they've liked napping etc!

I try to stick as closely as possible to a dogs routine and respect an owners wishes or any instructions they leave with me. It's good to know their Likes / dislikes, usual sleeping arrangements at home, off lead recall, their vet details, dietary requirements etc. I like to arrange a meet and greet beforehand to get to know the pet and owner better and see if they will get on with my cockapoo, Bonnie.
A typical day
Our aim is for all dogs to feel settled and at home while they stay with us. We have a variety of comfy furniture and beds for them to sleep on. There are tons of lovely walks in our local area, some nice pavement ones, a secure field and also a big lovely park 5 minutes walk from our house. We hope it will be a home away from home for them.

I'm focusing on dog daycare & boarding full-time in 2024 so I'm very flexible in terms of dates and in the house a lot to care for dogs.
