Naomi & Brian dog sat for our rescue for 5 days over the holidays. They were able to keep our pup safe regardless of some issues we were working through at the time- separation anxiety and guarding. Communication (both face-to-face and text) was brief and patchy. We did receive a couple photos throughout the 5 days but would have appreciated a more open conversation (funny stories or concerns or anything really..) especially considering it was our 1st time leaving and we know our pup is not perfect. Dog personality quirks or chronic issues are not the dog sitter's fault but we hoped for open and honest communication about these things. They was also some difficulty following the care instructions that were left regarding quantity of food. Extra portions of food were given without any communication with us which unfortunately caused a loss of trust. Naomi & Brian showed professionalism and flexibility at the end of their stay when our flight was delayed for a couple hours. We're grateful for their time and care but will be seeking out new sitters next time.

Naomi is amazing. She really cares about dogs and it’s obvious. My dog Moe needed a lot of special attention while I was away, as he’d just been hospitalized, and Naomi went above and beyond.
