Hi! I’m a pharmacist currently working from home with a huge love for dogs. I am currently the dog mom of a 10 lb Terrier-mixed breed. She's the love of my life and I have learned so much about patience and unconditional love through her. My newest pup is a mini aussie! It’s been a wild ride with him so far! I have experience in basic dog training (sit, come, stay) and will be able to continue reinforcing the behavior and lessons that you have started teaching your animal. I can stick to a routine and follow specific directions regarding your animals needs, wants, likes, etc. I’m currently working from home full time so I will have plenty of time to devote to your furry friend! We can take a daily walk on my lunch break or small play sessions throughout the day. Safety is always a #1 priority for me. I always make sure to have your vet information on hand and the Rover help line saved if needed.

I’m thankful that Nanxi was able to come on a short notice to do drop-in visits, especially without prior meet and greet as I had a busy holiday weekend at the time. She was graceful enough to accept my care instructions, as I’m particular about these. I’ll definitely book again.
Nanxi is fantastic, and I highly recommend her as a pet sitter! Nanxi cared for my cat during the Christmas holiday, and I was so impressed with her professionalism, care, and friendliness. My cat, Edith, is extremely shy, but she felt comfortable enough to interact with Nanxi -- something I've not seen her do with strangers. Edith also struggles with some health issues, which is always a concern for me when I leave town. However, Nanxi was familiar with the medication and its side effects, and she managed to get Edith to consume the meds without issue. Leaving your animal alone can be so stressful, but I was genuinely pleased and relieved to have someone so capable and reliable to help out.
Nanxi was great even at short notice. Quick to respond to messages and even sent photos for an update. I’m sure my pup enjoyed her visit! Will definitely need Nanxi in the future!

A typical day
I love dog parks, runs/walks, and playing fetch! I have an active lifestyle and currently walk at least 2 miles daily with my own dog. In SF, I have a special path I love that takes me past the Chase Center. Or I love walking down the Embarcadero. Hiking is also an option as well. I’m an avid hiker and am tackling half dome next month!
