Nancy was great - we met before my dog stayed with her to make sure it would be a good fit, she sent frequent updates while we were traveling, she was flexible about pickup and dropoff and, most importantly, our dog seemed happy to be staying with her. I'm happy to write a testimonial for my amazing neighbor, Nancy. Nancy is not only kind and thoughtful in general, she's a true animal lover and they adore her right back. My Lily recently passed away from a nasal tumor, but while still with us was obsessed with the attention of Nancy...from tummy rubbies (Nancy's term), to sneak-tours of her apartment, Lily knew she'd be treated like queen bee when Nancy was around. Nancy was a support to me through my time when Lily was ill, stopping by the house to feed her and let her out (or let her hang out at her place) on longer work-days for me. My boyfriend's dog was often over as well, a smaller breed known to dart from the house in the past. Nancy's extensive experience with small dogs especially eased my partner's fear of anyone coming into the house while we were away. She's careful, thoughtful, calming, and genuinely loves animals.
