I have had pets throughout my life and can't imagine life without them. I have always felt a special connection with dogs. I have and have had special needs pets. I am currently "owned" by three dogs and five cats! One dog is special needs because of abuse. I respect all personalities and abilities, each dog (cat, etc) is an individual to get to know and understand. Some want hugs immediately and some like to get to know and trust me slowly. Exercise and attention are very important. I worked with a vet years ago, learned a lot but had a tendency of bringing home everything that needed one! I believe in a healthy diet, not without treats! I'm not a pushover because safety comes first. I have many reliable references and never enough furry friends! This is a job doing what I truly love and I understand the responsibility involved in taking care of your family member!
