Pet care experience
I'm a life long animal lover. I have a wonderful German Shepherd mix named Legend that I love with all of my heart. Since 2010 I’ve been working for a company that provides house sitters and pet sitters throughout the GTA. I joined Rover in 2019 and it’s been great! I’ve gained a wealth of animal care knowledge over the years and it’s always exciting to work with new pets! I know it's hard for pets when their owners go away, especially the sensitive ones and I'm there to keep them safe and feeling loved until you return. I enjoy long walks and games of fetch. Pets are welcome on the bed if that's something they're used to. I can send regular updates on how your pet is doing if you wish or just enjoy your time away knowing your pet is in good hands. Animals know when a person is good.

We love having Nancy watch our two small dogs at our house when we are away!! We have had her at our house many times. She is incredibly responsive, sends photos daily and goes above and beyond to keep us informed about how our dogs are and what they are up to. My mind is always at ease when she stays with us. Nancy took great care of my older pups for a week in our home while we were out of town. She took them for 3 walks a day, and shoveled our back deck and stairs so they could get into the yard after a snow fall. We received regular updates with pictures. Would definitely use again.
Nancy took great care of our dog and my daughter’s dog and cat for a week. Our dog is a senior who unfortunately was terribly sick all week and my daughter’s dog is a super high energy puppy. Nancy communicated every day with updates and pictures . And although she had sleepless nights all week to care for our sick dog and lots of messes to clean up we came home to a clean house and the pets are all doing well. We really appreciate her wonderful care for our not so easy to care for pets!!
It was our first time using the Rover app and she was able to accommodate us within a couple days notice. She was lovely and welcoming to our pets. Would recommend working with Nancy to anyone!
