Hi, my name is Nancy and I can’t wait to meet you and your pup! After a long life of 14 years, my beloved dog, Fifi, passed away and I turned to Rover as a way to surround myself with animals while I look for my next pet. I have been around animals my entire life, both personally and professionally, and spent years working at Petland where I cared for dogs, cats, reptiles, birds and much, much more! I have also volunteered at local shelters and am the person friends and family call on to watch their pups when they’re out of town. Each dog that I care for is treated as if he were a part of my family and I make sure to give him my undivided attention. I prioritize walks and play, as well as relaxation time and cuddles! I spend time reading each dog’s individual needs, confirming tactics and activities with the owners, and then adjust my care plan accordingly. Each dog is a little different and I want to make sure I respond to his unique personality in the right way! As a person and as a pet sitter, I am loving, caring and extremely detailed. If you have specific needs, know that I will make sure I understand them and execute on your instructions exactly as you intend! Additionally, one of the best things about booking with me is the fact that I have the time and resources to dedicate myself to my clients fully. I am retired and consider the dogs I care for on Rover as my top priority and can ensure your pet will always have companionship!
