Though I don’t have a fenced yard I’m lucky enough to live in a complex that sits on 11 acres of which a lot of space is open grassy area. I am home all day long with unlimited time for walks and outside time or indoor, I’m up for whichever depending on your pet. My family has a 15 year old papillon who I help care for now that she’s elderly. I’ve helped care for a friend’s husky who was badly injured during a dog attack and required round the clock care after surgery. As someone who grew up in a rural area where dog dumping was very common, I have picked up numerous stray dogs off the streets and worked with rescues to help find them homes, including two mama dogs and their litters. PS: I am admittedly that annoying person who wants to pet every dog they see on the street!
