Hello, My name is Nancy and I am a retired nurse. I have cared for all species of animals for over 40 years. I have owned cats, dogs, pigs, and reptiles and volunteered and worked on farms with pigs, horses, and sheep. I currently have a 13-year-old pot-bellied pig, a 2-year-old Australian shepherd, and an 8-year-old cat.

Nancy has been a wonderful caretaker for our pets. They are always excited to see her and go for walks or trips to the park. She has watched them many times and it gives me peace of mind that someone I trust is watching over our dogs and home. I highly recommend Nancy!
Nancy has watched our two huskies and golden retriever for 10 years! She is the only person I trust with my babies. Our trips have lasted anywhere from a couple of days to over a month and my pups have always been happy, healthy, and safe when we return. We will continue to use her as our only sitter!

I love all animals equally and knowing about their behaviors ahead of time will ensure I am properly prepared for individualized care! -I can easily walk over 5 miles per day -I can lift dog food and cat litter -I am able to bend over to scoop litter and bathe/groom pets -I can provide sufficient time and companionship for your pets in your absence. -I use positive reinforcement training methods. *I am unable to care for or walk very aggressive pullers and reactive dogs if they do not have a walking aid.*
A typical day
Each day, I take the dogs around the neighborhood or to a local park for a long walk, once or twice a day. While home, they are given plenty of attention and play time to ease any anxiety or stress. Cats will also be given lots of love, attention, and playtime if they would like, or I can sit with them for the company.

Being retired allows for a flexible schedule to spend time with your pets! I am available for housesitting, dog walking, and drop-ins. I am happy to look after any and all animals.
