Nancy is wonderful. During a 10-day trip out of the country we never doubted for a second that our Samoyed was in good hands with her. Five stars.

Nancy was very flexible and easygoing. We absolutely loved that our dog was able to be completely out of a kennel and that she had free range to make herself comfortable on the couch. She’s experienced with older dogs who tend to require a little extra at times, and that was a big reason why we decided to choose Nancy as our very first Rover Dogsitter. The only critique I have was an incident that occurred with a food aggressive dog Nancy was also dog sitting at the time that had attacked my dog in the during feeding time and which I was not made aware of until much later that night. I understand Nancy hadn’t wanted to worry me, but I wish I had been notified as soon as possible to prevent feeling like there was a lack of communication or an almost seemingly dismissive way of informing me why my dog had an injury on her face with a bunch of dried blood at pickup. Overall I would gladly ask her to babysit my dog again!
