Nancy is the best sitter I have had over the past year. It’s been hard to get my original sitters during this pandemic, and she was very understanding about my preference for limited contact. I typically like to keep my pups with other dogs to help socialize them, but the last time I used rover changed my mind. My pups are getting older and there was just too much chaotic energy with the last sitter taking on or having too many dogs. The last sitter I had also nonstop texted me during my job interview. Nancy, on the other hand, was very calm. Her house is beautiful and she kept me updated with pictures during the whole stay. She only texted me once about whether or not the pups could have treats, so I could tell she’s had great experience handling dogs before. My last 2 sitters through Rover also made me wait well beyond the agreed upon drop off time in the cold. Nancy was ready to great me punctually on both drop off and pick up. Very professional. I HIGHLY recommend her.

Nancy was incredible with our pups. Starting with her enthusiastic responses to our meet and greet texts to the photos she provided on a daily basis during their stay, it’s no doubt she’s a true dog lover that any dog parent would love for their pet. She let Lola and Frank cuddle, wrestle, and even prepared extra food when I didn’t send enough on a multiple day trip. My pups were well taken care of and I was communicated with as much as I needed.
