I have been friends with Nancy for over 30 years. In the course of that 30 year friendship I have observed what a caring, compassionate and responsible person she is especially where her family (yes that includes her 3 dogs) are concerned. Nancy was a dedicated and nurturing mother to her children, but now that she and her husband are empty-nesters, their dogs have become like their children. She tends to their needs with such deftness and love that even though she has the three dogs of her own, friends and family entrust only her with their pets when they go away on vacation because they know how well cared for they will be in Nancy’s hands. There is no hurdle too high for Nancy where her dogs are concerned, whether it be ensuring her active dog gets enough exercise by running with him each morning, or flying down to South Carolina to pick up the newest addition to her family. I can’t think of a more deserving home for a dog in need than that of Nancy and her husband.

I definitely treat my dog Cali as my child so when I wasn’t going to be home for the majority of the day for four days I was worried she would have to be locked in her cage all day while I was gone. Thankfully I thought of Nancy. Nancy was super sweet and caring with Cali and Cali definitely loves Nancy!!! She made sure that Cali was able to get some fresh air and go to the bathroom while I was gone. I wasn’t worried about Cali because I knew she was in good hands. Cali is a pit bull/bulldog mix and is shy but she absolutely loved Nancy!! I would highly recommend hiring Nancy as a dog sitter!!!!
